In 2024 AIMVT began a new tradition to show appreciation for its members and what they achieve. The Icon award will be presented every other year (One Presidential term). Nominations open in January and close in May of the award year for consideration by the Executive Board.

- Nominees must be an AIMVT member in good standing.
- Nominations may be submitted by any individual or organization within the industry.
- Self-nominations will not be considered
- Nominees have demonstrated outstanding leadership and have contributed to the improvement of the national organization
- Nominees have not won this award previously
- Complete the form below
- Include up to three letters of support from veterinarians, colleagues, clients, or organizations (not to exceed three single-sided typed pages each)
- Upload a high resolution (300 d.p.i.) color headshot, suitable for publication
